Visa Information
International attendees are warmly welcomed at TBPET 2026. Participants who require a visa to travel to the United States should begin the application process as early as possible, as appointment availability and processing times can vary significantly by country.
Do You Need a Visa?
Most international visitors will require a visa or may qualify to enter under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) if they hold a passport from an eligible country and have received ESTA authorization. Please consult the U.S. Department of State for the most up-to-date information.
Requesting a Visa Support Letter
TBPET 2026 provides official visa support letters for registered attendees. To request a visa support letter, please complete the Visa Letter Request Form after you have registered for the conference.
Letters will be issued as PDF documents on official conference letterhead. TBPET 2026 cannot directly contact embassies or consulates on behalf of applicants.
Processing Time and Recommendations
Visa processing times vary widely across regions. We strongly recommend starting your visa application as early as possible.
Important Notes
- Obtaining a visa is the responsibility of the participant.
- TBPET 2026 cannot influence U.S. State Department decisions.
- Visa support letters will only be issued to individuals who have completed the registration process.
- If a visa application is denied, registration fees may be refunded according to the conference’s cancellation policy.
