Talks
Presentations (except for invited talks) are 10 minutes in length with an additional 2 minutes for questions. Talks should be prepared with a 16:9 aspect ratio, preferably in Powerpoint. All talks must be uploaded in advance to the conference presentation platform. The use of your own laptops is not possible. The A/V team will be available on-site throughout the conference, starting one hour prior to the first session each day, for you to check your presentation or ask any questions.
Oral presenters were emailed a link to access their abstract submissions.
Please upload no later than the day prior to your presentation. Please make sure the filename contains your NAME.

Posters
Maximum poster size is 60 inches (150 cm) tall by 40 inches (100 cm) wide.
Posters will be displayed for the duration of the conference and should be hung between 7:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. They should not be removed until between 3 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. on Friday, September 4, 2026.
